Introducing our latest offering - Catering by Fern & Feta Platters.
A carefully curated selection designed for any event! Our menu showcases a diverse range of flavourful dishes, crafted with fresh ingredients and inspired by what we love to eat at events! Whether you're planning a corporate lunch, wedding, or a private birthday party, our catering menu provides customisable options to suit every palate and occasion. Fresh Breads:

Fresh dinner rolls: vg

Mixed dinner rolls $1.10 per each.

Fresh Salads:

All salads come ready made and presented on our beautiful platters or platter boxes.

 

Garden Salad: vg + gf

Mixed leaves, tomato, onion, cucumber, carrot, cabbage and a Dijon vinegarette served on the side.

Pumpkin, Beetroot, Feta Salad: vg + gf

Baby spinach, tomato, onion, cucumber, roast pumpkin, roasted baby beets, Danish feta, candied walnuts, pumpkin seeds, pomegranate and a Dijon vinegarette served on the side.

Greek Salad: vg + gf

Tomato, cucumber, onion, capsicum, Greek feta, kalamata olives, oregano served with a red wine vinegarette on the side.

Caesar Salad: gf

Cos lettuce, crispy bacon, boiled egg, shaved parmesan, croutons and a classic homemade Caesar dressing served on the side.

Kiwi Potato Salad: gf

Potato chunks, crispy bacon, boiled egg, finely chopped chives, spring onions and a mayo dressing.

Pesto Pasta Salad: vg

Penne pasta, baby spinach, tomato, onion, Danish feta and a creamy pesto dressing.

Moroccan Salad: vg + df 

Cous cous, tomato, cucumber, red onion, pumpkin, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and herbs.

Seafood Pasta Salad:

Bow tie pasta, baby prawns, surimi, celery, carrot, capsicum and a sweet and tangy seafood sauce.

Medium Salad as a side serving feeds approx. 15-20 people

Large Salad as a side serving feeds approx. 40 people.

Side Dishes:

All platters come fully cooked & warm, ready to eat immediately, or they can be cooled and reheated in a heavy-duty foil trays. Instructions for re heating are given upon booking

Egg Fried Rice: vg + df + gf

Fried rice, egg, corn, carrots, spring onions with our secret sauces.

Bolognese Pasta Bake: vg​

Penne pasta with our homemade meat sauce topped 3 cheeses and baked till golden.

Roast Vegetables: vg + gf + df

Pumpkin, Kumara, Potato, Courgette, Carrot, and a hummus & vinaigrette dressing on the side.

Cauliflower & Broccoli Bake: vg + gf

Steamed Broccoli and Cauliflower topped with our homemade cheese sauce and baked till golden.

Greek Chicken Thigh: gf 

Chicken thigh marinated in Greek spices for 8 hours and baked until golden.

Hot Glazed Ham: gf + df

Fruity glazed hot ham with complimentary condiments.

Lamb Shoulder: gf + df

Marinated with garlic, herbs and slow cooked until falling apart.

Our serving sizes are rough guides; you know your family and friends better than us so please give us as much information as possible so we can suggest quantities.

Important information:

- Some ingredients may be substituted due to seasonal availability.

- Some orders depending on location, may require a minimum spend for delivery. 

- Delivery fees will apply depending on location. 

- You are welcome to collect from us in Winchmore, Canterbury. No minimum order required for pick-ups.

- Prices are subject to change without notice.

Set up details:

Please note: our pricing does not include set up. It is a drop off service. We have a minimum spend of $500 in food order to do the full set-up. A full set up also comes at an additional cost.

By getting us to set up, it is great for events where the following applies:

- You want to enjoy the night and not have to worry about reheating, serving, and cleaning.

- Your oven is too small, and you do not have any help to reheat and serve the food.

- You want everything to run seamlessly and stress free.

- You are catering to a large number of guests that you're not used to.

- You want to hire our platter boards and trays to elevate your event.

​

Set up includes:

- Reheating, serving and cleaning of hire items (please note it does not include collection of used plates & utensils, or cleaning of these, but we are able to do this for an additional charge).

- Hire of our platter boards or trays, plus the cleaning of these.

 

T&C's of set up:

- If your event is running behind time, we will allow a grace period of 30 minutes maximum under the event manager’s discretion- anything beyond this will be charged in 15-minute increments at a rate of $30 per 15 minutes.

The cost for having us set up will depend on the date, time, event location and oven facilities available and each event is quoted on an individual basis. Please get in touch for pricing.
