Please Note: When purchased, the ham typically weighs between 9 kg and 10 kg. We then remove the skin and a layer of fat and cut it with diagonal lines. During the cooking process, approximately 10% of the ham's water content is lost, which may reduce the ham's weight to around 8 kg upon arrival.
